We regret to inform you that there will be a 72-hour system shutdown starting on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 8:00 AM. This shutdown is necessary to perform critical maintenance and upgrades to our systems to ensure their continued reliability, performance, and security. During this period, ALL systems and services provided by ICT will be unavailable:

  • University email and messaging systems
  • Learning management systems (Moodle, Google Classroom)
  • IUMS and Student e-portal
  • Financial systems (Pastel, Belina)
  • Internet services
  • Library systems
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your patience and understanding during this time. We appreciate that ICT Systems are a critical part of our work and studies, and we will do everything possible to ensure that the maintenance work is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Our ICT teams will be monitoring the progress of the maintenance work closely and will keep you informed of any updates or changes.
